the animation team provided regular entertainment. the hotel has a splash pool that the kids seemed to enjoy (i saw lots of happy faces!). my room included daily cleaning services.

great stafffantastic jobslow process
The animation team was AMAZING! Julio, Pepito, Sergio and Laia did a fantastic job, always smiling. The food had awesome variety and the rooms are adequately sized. The air-conditioning worked WELL. I appreciated the cleanliness and helpful staff. I also loved the fresh towels and bedding provided regularly.
The check-in process was SLOW. I had wristbands but I still needed to show my check-in card every time I entered the restaurant. I'm not sure what the wristbands were for.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They addressed concerns quickly. The animation team put in extra effort. They ensured every child felt welcome and involved. The staff maintained a positive atmosphere throughout the day.

The staff was VERY helpful. Fresh towels arrived regularly. The pool slides kept kids entertained. The smaller kids pool was AMAZING for babies and kids of all ages!!!
The air conditioning was not available in all rooms.
